Description
We are looking for a Solution & Integration Manager who will help customers successfully onboard to FunnelFox products, configure integrations and payment workflows, and act as a key technical partner for both customers and internal teams.
This role offers autonomy, strong product influence and exposure to complex technical cases. You will collaborate closely with Solution, Customer Success, Support and Product teams, becoming a product expert who drives customer activation and improves integration processes.
In this role, you will
• Lead the technical onboarding and integration of FunnelFox products: Funnels, Billing
• Configure and validate integrations across FunnelFox products
• Participate in sales calls when needed to address technical questions from prospects
• Monitor customer onboarding progress: track statuses, unblock issues, ensure timely completion
• Serve as internal product expert: provide feedback and escalate improvement opportunities to product/solution teams
• Own communication with customers – set expectations, provide updates, deliver clear next-steps
You will be a great fit if you have
• Previous experience in Solution, Integration, or Technical Account roles
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and JSON payloads and event-based data flows
• Ability to define and validate integration flows (e.g., analytics events, payment provider logic)
• Basic experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA)
• Basic understanding of payment flows and transaction statuses
• Strong communication skills and clear technical explanation ability
• Excellent English
• High ownership and ability to run multiple onboarding projects independently
Nice to have
• Hands on experience with Stripe or other payment providers
• Basic scripting or API debugging skills (Postman, JS basics)
• Background in sales engineering or presales
