We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Middle) to develop and execute user acquisition strategies, promote mobile apps, and lead a creative team. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with customers while driving measurable success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including creative development, launch, and optimization.
  • Drive traffic acquisition through platforms like Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook.
  • Develop and test hypotheses to uncover growth opportunities for improving advertising campaign performance.
  • Analyze the efficiency of campaigns and target audiences to enhance results.
  • Oversee budgets and track performance to meet advertising objectives.
  • Interact with clients and participate in pre-sale calls to build strong relationships.
  • Design and optimize acquisition funnels by analyzing user behavior, spotting growth opportunities, and scaling proven strategies.
  • Experiment with innovative formats – work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, test various ad formats, and boost campaign effectiveness.

What We Expect

  • Experience: At least 3 years in user acquisition for mobile apps with proven success in scaling efforts.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage traffic across major platforms — launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, working with large budgets and ambitious performance goals;
  • You have experience with web subscription user acquisition.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing advertising budgets starting at $100,000 per month.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets AppsFlyer, Power BI/Tableau, Amplitude with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Soft Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teammates.
