Who you will work with
Join our sales team, where relationships and results go hand in hand. We work directly with our ideal customers, understand their pain points, and help them grow with Adapty. You’ll represent the company at major industry events, build partnerships that last, and be one of the key people driving our revenue and success.
We’re currently looking for a Senior SDR – an experienced specialist to strengthen our team, drive Adapty’s market growth, and take ownership of results and customer acquisition. The person we’re looking for is a hands-on and data-driven, someone who can combine AI tools, automation, and creativity to design and test new ways of generating demand.
What you will do
- Client Sourcing: Utilize online channels to source potential clients, validate their relevance, and initiate contact.
- Cold Outreach: Conduct email searches, validate contacts, and craft compelling cold outreach emails to spark interest and engagement.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, moving them through the sales funnel.
- Lead Engagement: Engage with warm leads, assess their needs, address objections, and strategically follow up to ensure conversion.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives with a detailed understanding of their requirements.
- Event Attendance: Identify and participate in relevant offline events (meetups, exhibitions, conferences) to scout for potential clients.
About you
- Experience: You have 2+ years in SaaS sales, specifically in reaching out to and engaging with decision-makers via social media, email, and offline events
- Tech Savvy: You’re proficient with Clay, HubSpot, Notion, Apollo, SalesQL, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Communication: You possess strong skills in both written and verbal communication with clients, including sales correspondence. Your English proficiency is at B2 level or higher
- Analytical Mindset: You’re committed to transparency and statistical analysis, with a focus on optimizing work processes

- You have certifications in IT sales, negotiation, or related fields
