About Adapty
Adapty is a revenue management platform for mobile apps that simplifies subscription implementation and paywall management. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own our no-code products – Paywall Builder and Onboarding Builder. These are core Adapty features, already used by several hundred apps. Your mission is to grow their adoption, prioritize an ongoing flow of customer requests, improve monetization potential, and eventually bring them together into a unified, smooth customer experience.
This is a high-impact role: you’ll be working on the most visible part of Adapty, the features that define how customers interact with us every day.
What you’ll do
- Own Paywall Builder and Onboarding Builder end-to-end
- Drive adoption and activation of both tools across thousands of apps
- Prioritize a constant stream of customer requests and translate them into a clear roadmap
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver fast iterations and impactful improvements
- Work on monetization opportunities: rich converting template library, pricing limits, upsells, in-product paywalls
- Drive merging paywall and onboarding builders into a unified no-code platform
- Run discovery with customers, design experiments, track metrics, and scale successful solutions
Outcomes you will own
- Increasing adoption: we look at both the ratio of active companies and tracked revenue, and we want to tip both over 50%.
- Removing roadblocks: increasing conversion rate from opening the builder for the first time to getting a paywall out live within 2 weeks.
- Making feature delivery predictable: the goal is to hit our ETAs for customers and sales 80% of the time
- All that while keeping our tool loved by designers and managers: CSAT ≥ 8/10
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience and 1+ years of experience in the mobile domain. When you hear the word “paywall”, you should see a clear image in your head.
- Proven track record of growing adoption/activation for customer-facing technical products. You should be familiar with challenges developers and managers face when integrating a new solution.
- Strong prioritization skills: balancing customer requests, business goals, and technical complexity
- Solid analytical skills: ability to design experiments, interpret data, and drive decisions
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, client-server flows, SQL basics
- Excellent communication in English, ability to talk directly with customers
