You’ll be part of the sales team, which works directly with our ICP to build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. With a deep understanding of our customer’s pain points and needs, this team positions our platform as the ideal solution in the market.
What You Will Do
Automate key sales workflows including customer health scoring, enterprise billing, and client reporting.
Build and maintain data pipelines feeding attribution data to Google, Meta, and other ad platforms.
Create and manage dashboards (Superset preferred) for tracking cohorts, retention, and business metrics.
Ensure automation and KPI tracking systems are reliable, documented, and meet stakeholder needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support integration architecture and BI roadmap.
What We Expect
3+ years of experience with low-code automation and SQL analytics in a SaaS or startup environment.
Proficiency in n8n and/or Make.com for building scalable workflows.
Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, including joins and window functions.
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Superset; Python (Pandas) is a plus.
Familiarity with deploying and maintaining MCP servers and mentoring teammates in their use.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective communication across teams.
Nice to have:
Experience integrating with APIs such as HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, or Meta Conversions.
Exposure to ETL tools (Airbyte, dbt) and versioned workflows using CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Comfort using LLM coding assistants (e.g., GPT-4, Cursor, Claude) for rapid prototyping.
Understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling principles.
