As People Operations Specialist, you will drive the ops behind our growth, keeping records sharp, events running, and people questions solved. Let’s build the best place to work, together.

In this Role, you will:

  • Own every access: set up, audit, and adjust permissions for all tools. Everyone gets exactly what they need, when they need it.
  • Be the go-to for PeopleForce admin. Keep data clean, docs sorted, and employee info always up to date.
  • Team up with Finance. Deliver the right docs and records for payroll and compliance, fast and reliably. No more “lost in email” drama.
  • Spot pain points and automate them away. Simplify People Ops and IT flows so things just work.
  • Keep external connections running smooth. Handle communications with partners and vendors.
  • Support the organization of off-sites and team events. Assist with planning and execution of corporate retreats, hackathons, and team-building trips.
  • Tackle all ad hoc operational challenges as they come up. Handle urgent employee requests, special projects, and unexpected process fixes.

You will be a great fit, if you have: 

  • 2+ years of HR or People Ops experience in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong skills with HR tools and managing employee data.
  • Hands-on approach to access management, vendor communications, and payroll docs.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Solid English skills (minimum B2 level).
