We have recently launched a new team dedicated to assisting mobile apps with growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and App Store Optimization (ASO) aimed at maximizing app capabilities and increasing revenue.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of growth product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to quickly validate concepts with live users and adapt them to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Manage projects, plan tasks, and oversee the execution of growth strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
Work with and optimize web funnels to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to optimize user onboarding experiences, delivering seamless and engaging journeys for new users.
Meet with clients regularly and participate in pre-sale calls to establish strong relationships and understand their needs.
What We Expect
Experience: 4+ years in IT companies or mobile app-focused roles, with at least 2+ years in a similar position (e.g. Growth Manager, or Product Manager, Product Lead).
Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects, lead a team of growth product managers, and develop effective growth strategies.
Web Funnel Expertise: Experience working with web funnels to optimize user acquisition and conversion.
Skills: Proficiency in English for seamless communication with both coworkers and clients.
Analytical Expertise: A strong grasp of analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Firebase, and Adapty is a significant advantage.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of App Store algorithms, ASO, and User Acquisition strategies (e.g., Facebook campaigns) is highly desirable.
