We have recently launched a new team dedicated to assisting mobile apps with growth product management, performance marketing, creative production, and App Store Optimization (ASO) aimed at maximizing app capabilities and increasing revenue.
We are looking for a Growth Product Lead (App Growth) to spearhead this initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the app growth department, working directly with clients and their projects while driving measurable growth for their apps.
What You Will Do
Build and lead a team of growth product managers, mentoring and empowering them to achieve results.
Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to quickly validate concepts with live users and adapt them to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, and content creators to optimize user onboarding experiences, delivering seamless and engaging journeys for new users.
Meet with clients regularly and participate in pre-sale calls to establish strong relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their success.
What We Expect
Experience: 3–4 years in product management roles within the mobile app industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and grow a team while developing new processes and structures.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities, with proficiency in English to communicate seamlessly with both coworkers and clients.
Analytical Expertise: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Firebase, and Adapty is a significant advantage.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of App Store algorithms, ASO, and User Acquisition strategies (e.g., Facebook campaigns) is highly desirable.
