You’ll be part of the sales team, which works directly with our ICP to build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. With a deep understanding of our customer’s pain points and needs, this team positions our platform as the ideal solution in the market.
Our customer base in Turkey expanded rapidly over the last 6 months, which led us to grow our customer success capacity. We continue to make sure our customers are happy with our product and motivate them to use its full potential.
That’s why we’re looking for a strong Customer Success Manager who can help us build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
What You Will Do
Be the client’s advocate. Ensure clients have a smooth experience with our product and respond promptly to any issues.
Support business development and customer support. Assist customers in upgrading plans, meeting their expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain customer retention. Resolve payment issues, address negative feedback, and take proactive measures to keep customers engaged.
Report product feedback. Collect and share customer feedback, including bugs and feature requests, to contribute to product improvement.
Build relationships and trust. Foster positive relationships with customers and cultivate their loyalty to Adapty.
What We Expect
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are patient, empathetic, and enjoy interacting with diverse individuals. You are fluent in both Turkish and English.
Proven experience. You have a strong track record in a customer success or support role, ideally within an international SaaS company. You are proficient in using CRM and support tools (e.g., Front and Jira).
Results-oriented and proactive. You are driven to achieve goals, take ownership of your work, and demonstrate leadership.
Bonus Points
Experience in client portfolio development and analysis.
Background in a SaaS company or app, particularly with knowledge of the mobile market (e.g., RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
