You’ll be part of the sales team, which works directly with our ICP to build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. With a deep understanding of our customer’s pain points and needs, this team positions our platform as the ideal solution in the market.


What You Will Do

  • Drive net new MRR by identifying and executing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with current customers.

  • Own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and provide strategic guidance on value realization.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

  • Represent Adapty in high-impact, in-person client meetings and industry events across the U.S.

  • Proactively manage CRM data in HubSpot and ensure metrics and customer health indicators are always up to date.


What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales—ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • A strong understanding of the mobile or SaaS ecosystem; technical background or familiarity with complex products is a plus.

  • Track record of delivering measurable revenue results through upselling and cross-selling.

  • A natural people person: extroverted, persuasive, and comfortable taking the lead in both virtual and in-person settings.

  • Self-starter mindset with sharp focus, high energy, and the ability to think on your feet.
