As Customer Success Manager, you’ll own the full client lifecycle: onboard new accounts, drive adoption, and actively identify upsell opportunities that turn satisfied customers into expanding revenue.

What you will do 

  • Own client onboarding and adoption. Enable all stakeholders, map their use cases, and get them live fast.
  • Be the client’s first line of defense. Solve product issues before they escalate or respond within hours when they do.
  • Drive upsells and expansion. Work with sales and support to move clients to higher plans and close add-on deals.
  • Monitor client health metrics. Run regular check-ins, spot churn risks early, and act on growth opportunities.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Report bugs, push feature requests, and follow through until shipped.
  • Know the product inside and out. You’ll answer detailed product questions and assist with complex use cases.

About you

  • Your communication is clear and patient, and you’re fluent in English.
  • You have 3+ years of proven experience in customer success, ideally in an international mobile SaaS company.
  • You take initiative, are results-driven, and demonstrate ownership and leadership.
  • You thrive on building relationships and genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed.
  • Your commercial drive and client negotiation skills set you apart (a plus).
