We are looking for a Revenue and Accounts Receivable Specialist to own billing accuracy and cash collection as we scale. You will work at the intersection of Finance, SalesOps, and Operations, making sure revenue is invoiced correctly, payments are tracked, and numbers always match reality. This role has direct impact on cash flow, reporting accuracy, and how confidently the company can grow.
What you will do
Own the full billing and revenue flow: from accurate, on-time invoicing to clean revenue recognition aligned with contracts and accounting standards.
Keep Accounts Receivable healthy: track balances, manage aging, and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
Make sure our billing systems reflect how revenue actually works, partnering with SalesOps on non-standard and complex pricing models.
Oversee customer payments and reconciliations, matching cash to invoices and supporting a smooth month-end close.
Build clear AR and invoicing reporting and work closely with other teams to quickly resolve billing, contract, and payment issues.
About you
You have 1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.
You understand revenue accounting basics and basic revenue recognition principles.
You are confident in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with formulas, reconciliations, and pivots.
You are detail oriented, process driven, and reliable when working with large datasets across multiple systems.
You communicate clearly in English at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology companies.
Experience working with multiple payment channels (banks, PSPs, payment platforms).
Familiarity with billing and invoicing systems (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Wise, PayPal, Zenskar).
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, 1C, NetSuite etc.).
Experience supporting implementation of automated billing processes.
